Chicken Eye nace a comienzos del año 1999 con Patricio Gaete, Claudio González y Luis Morales como fundadores. Durante sus inicios (1999-2003) Chicken Eye graban algunas canciones para un par de compilados, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. El año 2003 es editado el primer demo de la banda "Anal Demo-lition" el cual tuvo muy buenas criticas. Este demo incluye nuevas canciones, además de las ya grabadas previamente para las compilaciones.

Durante el año 2003-04 la alineación mutó de trío a cuarteto y finalmente quinteto, quedando establecida de manera definitiva a mediados del año 2003 con el ingreso de Nelson Solís en el bajo, y Marcelo Fernández, unos meses después, en la guitarra.

Chicken Eye (Chilean slang for anus) started in early 1999. The founder members are Patricio Gaete, Claudio Gonzalez and Luis Morales. During its beginning (1999-2003) Chicken Eye recorded some songs for a couple of Chilean and international compilations. The year 2003 is released the first demo of the band "Anal Demo-lition" which had very good reviews. This demo includes new songs and those previously recorded for compilations.

During the year 2003-04 the line-up mutated trio to quartet, and quintet finally, being definitively established in mid-2003 with the entry of Nelson Solis on bass, and Marcelo Fernandez, a few months later, on guitar.
